OFFICIAL ACCESSORIES is available to assist you by phone or email from 8AM to 6PM Monday through Friday eastern standard time. Our sales staff takes part in continuous industry training including but not limited to new phone models, carrier specific information, and compatibility and interoperability of all of our accessories. Official Accessories is not an internet based company. Our web site supplements our existing operations and is provided as a courtesy to our customer’s who prefer the convenience of ordering online. All orders placed on line are first reviewed by your assigned sales rep and then processed. Warranty
All products purchased from OFFICIAL ACCESSORIES are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear and user negligence. Customer’s requiring a return will first need to fill out an RMA form and submit it to Official Accessories for approval. Upon approval, it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item(s) to OFFICIAL ACCESSORIES for replacement or credit.
